Relax and unwind with a Winter Solstice mini-retreat.
Let’s celebrate the return of light with an afternoon created to help you rest, restore and reboot yourself in time for Christmas. The afternoon will include; yin yoga, hatha yoga, restorative yoga, bringing you into balance session, breathwork, meditation, winter solstice and cacao ceremony including hand massage. The mini-retreat will also include a winter solstice ceremony with cacao and cards and meditation.
